Please start a small test file (e.g. a one-line text file) and try to upload it. If you can upload small files without problems, there may be no continuous Internet connection to your device. Try again and make sure that there is an Internet connection during the entire upload process. If the problem persists, please contact our support. Provide a detailed problem description and information on your client (browser or app) and operating system.
